Rules and Regulations

You will need to read and agree to the complete competition rules to enter either the Mobile Learning or Literacy Learning prizes.

Here are a few important highlights from the rules, but you will need to read them all before you apply:

• You may enter as an individual, or as a Team of no more than four (4) individuals.
• Each Team must designate a Team Leader who will serve as the Team’s sole representative for communications and all other purposes
• All team members must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, and legal residents of one of the fifty (50) states of the United States or the District of Columbia.
• At least one team member must be available to attend the final judging event, currently scheduled to be held at E3 Expo 2010 in Los Angeles, California on June 15-17, 2010.
• Your entry must be submitted before 11:59 p.m. ET on April 1, 2010.
