Program Announced

The program was announced at the Joan Ganz Cooney Center's Breakthrough Learning in a Digital Age, which was held at Google's headquarters.

Full Application guidelines posted and online applications begin

The application period will be kicked off at Kids@Play at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas on January 7, 2010.

Application period closes

All applications must be submitted by midnight, EST, April 1st, 2010.

Finalists are notified

Finalists will be notified by email by the week of May 17th, 2010.

Finalists compete in quick-pitch competition; winner is selected

Finalists will compete in a quick-pitch competition, held at E3 Expo. One winner from each category will be selected.
